Kimberly Martinez

Kimberly (Kim) knows about the Eastern Iowa Corridor real estate market from top to bottom and East to West! Originally from Cedar Rapids, she returned to the area some twenty years ago after growing up in central Iowa. She and her husband, Francisco, call the Corridor area home.

They have three grown children and one beautiful granddaughter. Kimberly likes to garden for fresh produce and add fruit trees to her small orchard each year to use in her plant-based diet. She likes to grow rare and heirloom vegetable plants from seed, and loves to share extra plants she has with family and friends each season. 

Kimberly enjoys kayaking with friends at Lake Macbride, and loves to go hiking when she has the chance. She loves to travel and explore places off the beaten path, whether near sand and sea, the woods or in the mountains. She also gets into art and woodworking in her spare time. 

Licensed since 2012, Kimberly spent five years working with one of the area’s top real estate teams. There she worked with buyers and sellers, helping coordinate transactions from contract to closing. She says she loves meeting new people and doing something different every day.
